Are you one of those people who unintentionally hold back their own dreams? Who hasn’t felt anxious while waiting for something they deeply desire to come true? What if I told you there’s a quantum physics theory that explains why you might be the one delaying your biggest dreams? Could anxiety be the reason behind this? I believe it is.
As I always say: everything in life is energy. Based on this premise, the energy of your thoughts and emotions directly influences your reality. That’s why it’s crucial to manage your energy, thought-forms, and emotions. Life is made up of multiple dimensions; it’s not just the physical world we see.
The physics theory
In quantum physics labs, there's a fascinating effect observed between a “particle” and an “observer.” Here’s how it works: when a particle is moving through time and you start measuring it repeatedly, it stops evolving. Essentially, the particle appears to freeze because it’s being observed too much. This phenomenon is often summed up with the phrase: “a system cannot change while you’re observing it.”
Our thoughts, dreams, and desires consist of microparticles floating in time-space, unlike physical matter in the third dimension, where particles are fixed. The analogy with thought energy (which can even be measured in Hertz) is that if you constantly focus on your dream’s realization, you might end up freezing those microparticles, applying the same effect observed in the lab. This is known as the Turing Paradox or the Quantum Zeno Effect.
The origin of the name
Around 400 B.C. in Ancient Greece, there was a philosopher named Zeno of Elea, from a place now called Velia in Italy. Zeno was famous for creating paradoxes. He believed that happiness and the fulfillment of desires could be achieved by simply trusting and letting go. His message was clear: intend, trust, and release. When physicists discovered this phenomenon, they named it the Quantum Zeno Effect in honor of Zeno’s paradoxes.
Applying it in practice
So, what happens when you want something to happen but you don’t release it to the Universe, when you don’t let go? You fall into the Quantum Zeno Effect because you’re constantly observing and measuring your desire, which causes everything to freeze.
We need to understand that life doesn’t move at the same pace as our minds; it has a natural flow. The secret is to align with this flow and the energy of what we want. Repetitive, anxious thoughts about a desire can create blocks, leading to the opposite effect: nothing happens. We should dream big, set goals, and work towards them, but do so in a relaxed and natural way, allowing everything to align with the flow without excessive control. Trying to control too much can end up freezing everything.
Just like the quantum effect on the particle, which stops moving when measured intensely, I believe the same happens in our lives. The formula of “trusting and letting go” is the key to attracting the realization of your dreams.
