I love Greek mythology. Come with me on this mythological journey. It helps us understand life through archetypes, universal images that live within us.

Over time, I realized that my own journey has been a transition from one goddess to another.

From Athena to Artemis. That’s the path I’ve been walking over the past few years.

🏛️ I used to be Athena. The daughter of the patriarchy. Logical, strategic, rational.I learned to operate in the world with strength, control, and rigidity.Athena was born from the head of Zeus — with no mother. She represents a feminine shaped by the masculine. And for a long time, that was how I existed.

🌿 But now, I’m becoming Artemis. The goddess of the heart. She lives in the forest, follows her intuition, and protects what is sacred. She carries a bow and arrow, but only shoots when the heart tells her to.She is wild, free, and deeply connected to the soul.

This transition is not easy — but it is beautiful. It’s the healing of the patriarchy within me.It’s a return to instinct, to feeling, to my true path.

The journey to Artemis is part of my current process. I’m discovering the power of intuition — something primal, already within the female body, but long dormant.

Awakening it has brought me a deep sense of reassurance and expansiveness.

If you are on this path too, regardless of gender, I invite you to walk together. I love sharing and hearing from those who feel something similar. It reminds us we are never alone — we are a tribe of the soul.

🌿 Do you recognize Athena in your life? How is Artemis calling you? Share your thoughts in the comments — let’s walk this path together. 💫

Continuing our journey from Athena to Artemis, let’s explore how to recognize these archetypes and step into the heart-led path.

🏛️ How to know if you’re living as Athena

Athena is brilliant. She is the strategist, the protector, the one who knows how to move in a world built by rules, logic, and order.

When you’re in Athena’s archetype, you might notice…

  • You rely more on logic than on intuition.

  • You feel safer making plans than following your heart.

  • You value control, precision, and being “right.”

  • You rarely slow down to feel before deciding.

  • You adapt to systems and structures — even if they don’t reflect your soul.

Athena’s gifts are powerful: clarity, intelligence, discipline, and strength. But living only in her world can make the heart feel muted, the body tense, and the soul… distant.

Athena is not “wrong” — she has her place. The question is: are you living only in her armor? Or are you ready to loosen it… and hear the whisper of the forest calling you back to yourself? 🌿

🌿 How to know you’re stepping into Artemis

Artemis is freedom. She is the moonlight on your skin, the sound of leaves under your feet, the wild rhythm of your own heartbeat.

When you’re entering Artemis’s archetype, you might notice…

  • You crave more time in nature, in silence, in your own company.

  • You trust your instincts — even when they don’t “make sense.”

  • You start saying no to what drains you, even if it surprises people.

  • You protect your sacred time and space.

  • You feel lighter without constant armor.

Artemis walks with her bow and arrow, but she doesn’t shoot without purpose. Her aim is guided by the heart, not by fear or control.

This is the shift from living to prove…to living because your soul says yes.

If you hear the forest calling, if you feel the moon watching over you — you’re already on your way. 🌙🏹

🌙 Rituals to strengthen your Artemis path

Artemis is the goddess of the heart, the forest, and the untamed soul.Walking her path is not about rushing — it’s about returning.

Here are ways to anchor her energy in your everyday life:

  • Go outside — spend time in nature, even if it’s just a few minutes with your bare feet on the earth.

  • Honor the moon — notice her cycles and how they mirror your own.

  • Protect your boundaries — say yes only when your heart feels open.

  • Practice stillness — give yourself moments of silence without distraction.

  • Use symbols — keep something that represents her bow and arrow to remind you of your focus and purpose.

  • Wear her colors — greens, silvers, and moonlight whites.

Every small act that reconnects you to yourself is an arrow shot from your heart. 🏹The more you practice, the freer you feel.
