How many sessions are needed?
It depends on your needs. While some experience results after just one session, others may need two or three to fully integrate the changes.
This Therapy can be experienced both in-person or remotely. Online sessions are just as effective, as energy transcends time and space.

Reiki with Crystals
Reiki, when combined with other holistic therapies, aligns and energizes the chakras, focusing on the person as a whole. It helps activate the body’s natural healing processes and restores physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
A Chakra Balancing session includes the following techniques:
